At I Hecate, every order is prepared with care and intention. Our creations are handcrafted, and we take the time to ensure each piece is ready to journey safely to its new home.
Processing Time
Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before dispatch. Each item is made and packaged with attention to detail, so we appreciate your patience as we prepare your parcel.
Shipping Rates
Within Australia:
Standard Shipping is $9.95 for orders under $100. We're delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders of $100 or more — because we believe the journey to you should be as seamless as the experience of our creations.
Express Shipping: For those moments when time is of the essence, express delivery is available for AUD $15.00 at checkout.
International Orders:
We welcome orders from around the world. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination, with rates determined by Australia Post. A $3.00 handling fee is applied to cover premium packaging materials that protect your piece during its journey.
Shipping Timeframes
Australia: Standard 3–7 business days | Express 2–3 business days
International: Standard 7–21 business days

Shipping & Delivery Requirements
- Deliveries occur during standard business hours
- International orders may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient
- Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays
- Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur redelivery fees or order cancellation
- While we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost parcels, we will always do our best to assist in resolving any issues
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking link so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at contact@uniquecandles.com.au. We'll work with you to find a solution and ensure your experience with I Hecate remains a positive one.
Risk of Loss
All items purchased from I Hecate are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
